eTwinning projemiz Classic Reads, Creative Minds kapsamında ikinci kitabımız olan “The Little Match Girl” üzerine gerçekleştirilen tüm etkinlikler ortak okullar tarafından başarıyla tamamlandı.

Biz de Sancaktepe Abdurrahmangazi İmam Hatip Ortaokulu olarak bu süreçte “Antagonist’s Picture Diary” etkinliğini üstlendik. Öğrencilerimiz, hikâyedeki olumsuz karakterlerin gözünden bir günlük yazarak empati kurma becerilerini geliştirirken aynı zamanda yaratıcılıklarını da ortaya koyma fırsatı buldu.

Hırvatistan’daki ortağımız, öğrencileriyle hikâyeye uygun orijinal kitap kapakları tasarlarken; Polonya’daki öğrenciler hikâyeyi kendi hayal dünyalarında yeniden canlandırarak Story Continuation etkinliğini tamamladılar. İstanbul’dan Sarıgazi İmam Hatip Ortaokulu da bizimle aynı etkinliği uygularken, Rabia Kız Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi öğrencileri farklı sonlar yazarak ve bu sonları resimleyerek Alternate Ending etkinliğini başarıyla gerçekleştirdi.

Tüm ortak okulların katıldığı bir diğer etkinlik olan Voices of the Story kapsamında ise öğrenciler hikâyeyle ilgili duygu ve düşüncelerini yapay zekâ destekli araçlarla şarkıya dönüştürdüler. Ortaya çıkan yaratıcı işler proje Padlet sayfasında yayınlandı.

Her okulun farklı bir açıdan ele aldığı bu süreçte, çeşitliliğin getirdiği zenginlik proje çıktılarında da kendini gösterdi. Hem öğrencilerin üretkenliği hem de işbirliği ruhu bu proje sayesinde daha da pekişti. Emek veren tüm öğrencilerimize ve öğretmenlerimize teşekkür ederiz.

We Have Completed “The Little Match Girl” Activities 

Within the scope of our eTwinning project Classic Reads, Creative Minds, all activities related to our second book, “The Little Match Girl”, were successfully completed by our partner schools.

As Sancaktepe Abdurrahmangazi İmam Hatip Secondary School, we carried out the “Antagonist’s Picture Diary” activity. Through writing diary entries from the perspective of the story’s negative characters, our students had the opportunity to develop empathy while also unleashing their creativity.

Our partner school in Croatia designed original book covers inspired by the story, while the Polish students brought the tale to life with their imagination in the Story Continuation activity. Another Istanbul-based partner, Sarıgazi İmam Hatip Secondary School, worked on the same activity as ours. Meanwhile, students from Rabia Girls’ Anatolian İmam Hatip High School successfully wrote and illustrated alternative endings in the Alternate Ending activity.

In addition, all partner schools took part in the Voices of the Story event, where students transformed their reflections on the story into songs using AI-powered music tools. All final products were shared on the project Padlet page.

The diversity of activities among the schools enriched the overall process and was clearly reflected in the outcomes. This project not only boosted our students’ creativity but also strengthened the spirit of collaboration. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the students and teachers who contributed their efforts.
